GYM training offers a multitude of advantages for individuals of all ages and fitness levels:

Tailored Exercise Programs:
Unsure where to start exercise wise? Book an initial exercise appointment with one of our physiotherapists Clare or Brett to get a personalised program. Both Clare and Brett have done extra training in the area of Strength and Conditioning. It is also a great way to familiarise yourself with our equipment.
Membership details:
$15 a week for use of the gym within staffed hours* (can pay casually or setup direct debit)
Access to all equipment including (but not limited to): Treadmill, Leg press machine, Rowing machine, Pilates Reformer, Free weights
Access to our online exercise programming app in which your program can be setup by your friendly physiotherapist and stored on your phone

Note: Before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have existing medical conditions or injuries, please consult with Brett or Clare or your healthcare provider for guidance and safety recommendations. You will be required to fill out a gym use waiver. You may also be required to fill out a readiness to exercise questionnaire.
